Though it's true that things have never been easier for a cheating spouse when it comes to touching base with their lover, it truly is a double edged sword. One of the best ways to accomplish this is to ask your spouse to borrow their phone while you are both out in public. This works because they really don't have a good reason to say no. If you feel they are watching you like a hawk, you can simply pretend that the signal is bad and walk away for a minute.

For example: ask to borrow their phone while you are sitting down to dinner at your favorite restaurant. Act as though the signal is bad and excuse yourself as you walk outside. Once you are out of site, you can pretty much take your time checking out your spouse's recent calls list and text message history.

Meanwhile, your better half is going to be in full panic mode if they've been misbehaving.
